Aubrey’s Nutrition Philosophy:

“I believe good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle are far simpler than many believe.  In order for healthy habits to be sustainable they ought to be accessible, easy to implement, and enjoyable over the long run. A healthy lifestyle isn’t about perfectionism and restriction, but rather abundant nourishment, grace, and patience with oneself.

Contrary to the popular narrative that we need to eat less and exercise more, the majority of people I see are significantly undernourished—whether that’s from the effects of diet culture, depletion from physical and/or mental stress, malabsorption issues, or a lack of nutrient density in their diet, ensuring we get enough of the food and micronutrients that our bodies need to thrive is the most important thing we can do nutritionally.

I’m here to help you do that! Through an in depth look at your individual nutrient status, symptoms, and lifestyle we’ll discover your specific needs and work together to meet them. “

Nutrition Counseling May Include:

  • Overall nutrition education
  • Meal and snack planning
  • Cooking and grocery shopping tips
  • Tailored Supplement recommendations
  • Habit change coaching
  • Challenging mindsets around food
  • Recommending and monitoring nutrition related labs

After scheduling an initial appointment and completing your paperwork online, you will receive an in depth nutrition and lifestyle assessment during your first 90 minute appointment. We will discuss your history and goals, identify any further testing that might be appropriate, such as HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis), and design a tailored follow-up plan to meet your needs.

If an HTMA or other labs are deemed necessary, we will schedule an additional 90 minute session to discuss your results and from there, depending on your needs, we will set up a follow-up appointment schedule. During these 45 minute follow-up appointments we will check in on your progress, work through any sticking points, reassess intake and labs, and provide you with further resources to continue working towards your goals.
