Crush Pain With A Treatment Plan Built For You

Our Process

Our goal is to help you feel better now and stay healthy long after treatment. That’s why, instead of just offering adjustments, we take the time to understand what’s behind your pain and build a custom plan to fix the real issue. All new patients begin with a full evaluation and a personal treatment plan designed to help you make lasting progress.

We start by looking at how you move, where you’re feeling pain, and what your goals are. You’ll also get hands-on chiropractic treatment at this first visit.

Your Body Is Resilient & Movement Heals

Our Services

Your healing comes from combining the right mix of chiropractic treatment, physician guided strength work, and nutrition support to address the underlying cause of your symptoms. These three pillars work together throughout your 12-week plan to help you feel better, move better, and live better – for the long-term.

Chiropractic Care
Chiropractic Care

More Than an Adjustment

We start with an in-depth nutrition assessment, where we determine any labs needed to understand what’s behind your symptoms. Then we tailor nutrition guidance and IV therapy to support energy, digestion, recovery, and overall well-being. The goal is simple: give your body what it needs so you can feel and function better every day.
Laser therapy (including sinus applications)
Decompression
Joint & trigger point injections
Dry needling
Soft tissue work

Strength & Mobility for Your Real Life

These sessions are supervised by your doctor so your form, movement patterns, and progress stay on track. With rehab-based warmups and full-body strength work, the classes help you build muscle, improve mobility, and avoid reinjury.

Chiropractic Care

More Than an Adjustment

Your sessions are longer than standard chiropractic visits and go beyond just the spine. We work on your joints, soft tissue, and movement patterns so you can feel better and stay pain free in everyday life. This includes support for sports injuries, extremities, and more, not just neck and back issues.

A Root-Cause Approach to Healing

Our Philosophy

At Movement Cube, we look at the whole picture – the root cause, how you move, your daily life, and your long-term goals.

We believe that healing happens when treatment supports the whole person. We focus on steady progress through chiropractic care, strength work, and nutrition support that work together to crush pain and help you meet your goals for the long term.

That’s the idea Movement Cube was built on – whole-person treatment, steady progress, and support that doesn’t end when the appointment does.
