How our Movement Classes Work

At Movement Cube we believe exercise should be giving you more than you are giving it, so we do things differently.

It's really easy to make someone tired, what's difficult is making someone better.

Join us at our gym in Catoosa, OK and let our experts guide you through exercises that make you feel better, not tired and injured.

We'll coach you through three 60 minute classes a week, designed by our Physician and programmed to meet your unique needs. You'll gain strength and resilience in a small group setting with a maximum of 4-6 people per class. This allows us to pay close attention to each individual, providing the benefits of a personal trainer without the cost of paying for a 1 on 1 session.

Long-term care looks like strong capable patients.

You shouldn't need never-ending treatment, the best way to keep you feeling better is by teaching you to move well.

Once we get you moving well, you should move often, so we offer small group training that will be tailored to you. Getting strong doesn't have to be scary or difficult. Let us program your exercise and have an expert guide you through it multiple times a week.
