Pain to Performance
From early rehabilitation to performance training and everything in between.
Bodily movement is prescribed to correct an impairment, improve musculoskeletal function, or maintain a state of well-being. It may vary from highly selected activities restricted to specific muscles or parts of the body, to general and vigorous activities that can return a convalescing patient to the peak of physical condition.
Once your pain is taken care of with rehabilitation we will move you towards our gym with tailored small group classes. This helps ensure you remain strong and capable and don't have to worry so much about getting injured in the gym as we plan out your workouts for you.
Why do I need exercise to help with my injury?
Many injuries happen because we lack motor control in a certain area. If we can strengthen the areas that need more stability, this will make your progress longer-lasting and more effective.
Our doctor went through additional training to become a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician to ensure that our patients get the very best rehab recommendations, saving you time and money in the long run.
How does exercise make our care plans different?
Putting strength in the bank.
Our idea of long-term care doesn't look like the traditional chiropractor. We begin by taking care of your pain, as quickly as we can we then teach you how to move better with your newfound range of motion. The long term for us looks like getting strong or "putting strength in the bank." Just like sound financial investments, strength investments grow over time and lead you into retirement age with something to look forward to instead of a sense of fear. Our small group fitness classes are designed to help make you better, not just make you tired and sore. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
